Ash Wednesday Homily - March 6th, 2019
We pass through death to reach eternal life. We are reminded of our limited life spans by the ashes we receive, and the reality of death can help us refocus on what is truly important, that is, striving for eternal life with God in heaven. Let us live not for this life on earth, but for the life that is to come.
