Readings:  ACTS 10:25-26, 34-35, 44-48; PS 98:1, 2-3, 3-4; 1 JN 4:7-10; JN 15:9-17

We heard in our Gospel, “No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends.”  We know that Jesus Christ loves us because He laid down His life for us on the Cross.  This act of self-sacrificial love reveals to us that “God is love.”
